Description

This Mishna and the previous one deals with someone bringing his different items (pots, produce and a shor) into someone else's property. a) What the halacha is with respect to the item brought in damages the the animal of the owner of the property. b) What the halacha is in a case where permission was not given (by the owner of the property) for the item to be brought in (shelo birshus). c) What the halacha is in a case where permission was given (by the owner of the property) for the item to be brought in (birshus). Note: The end of this mishna states the opinion of Rebbe who argues with Tanna in this mishna and the previous one in the cases where the item was brought in with the permission of the owner of the property (birshus).
