The Gemara in Shabbos [31] teaches that when the pasuk [Yeshayahu 33-6] says "ישועות" - salvations, it refers to the Mishnaic Order - סדר of נזיקין - damages. How, pray tell, are damages a ישועה?? Who is being saved??? 

 

Being honest and ethical are not only spiritual ideals in the business world but they also enable one be more successful in the concrete, material world. The corporate world as we know it is often very-competitive-dog-eat-dog-rat-race. But remember - even if you win the rat race, you remain a rat. The more one's focus and intent is on helping others and benefiting society, the more effective he will be at his job. Costumers come back when they know they can trust the people with whom they are doing business, when they see that it is not only about getting the costumers money, but about providing the best service. 

 

You go to a hotel. They wait on you hand and foot. You say that you have a headache and in 5 minutes they have Tylenol for you. You say that you want to get to a certain place and they immediately offer to call a taxi etc. etc. You are going to return to a place that not only does what you ask but looks for ways to provide services that you didn't even explicitly verbalize [that, by the way, is how Hashem works. He gives us LOAAADSSS of great stuff we didn't even ask for and often don't appreciate].

 

Yeshuos, salvation, comes from סדר נזיקין - The [Mishnaic] Order of Damages. When people are careful about being upright in money matters, when it is about care and concern for the property of others, that brings not only a spiritual salvation to the world but also enhances the efficient functioning of society. סדר ניקין is not just about paying for damages but about elevated business ethics and services. We learn in סדר נזיקין of the mutual obligations of the employer-employee relationship and laws governing transactions. Keeping the laws together with the spirit of the laws will be Yeshua to our world. Ignoring these laws is perilous.   

"ישועות, זה סדר נזיקין".

כאשר נתבונן ברוב הפגעים הבאים לאדם בפרט ולחברה האנושית בכללה, נמצא שצד המכריע שבהם בא מפני שליטת האדם באדם לרע לו. שאם היו כל בני אדם מבינים שההצלחה האמיתית אפילו בחיי ההוה תבא לכל פרט רק בהשתדלות לטובת הכלל, שמתפתח והולך לפי ריבוי המעשים הטובים הנעשים בהמון להטיב את המצב הפרטי של זולתו, ועל אחת כמה וכמה שלא לגרום לו מועקה והכבדה בעול החיים, היו החיים הולכים ומתעלים בכל פרטיהם, וכמו שיהיה לעתיד לבא כשתמלא הארץ דעה את ה'. 

אמנם מה הוא הדרך המביא אל עומק ההכרה של הצדק הכללי, הנה כל דרכי התורה והיושר הם מביאים לו ומכשירים אליו. אבל המשפט המיוסד ע"פ "תורת ד' תמימה שפרטיה משולבים לכללה הגדול, הוא אוצר בקרבו את יסוד הישועה הגדולה הכוללת ישועות רבות למין האנושי ולכל היצור כולו. ההדרכה המעשית שבמשפטי תורת אמת הנובעים מעצת ד' העליונה, היא משפעת את כח הישועה הכללית היותר גדולה על כל פרט ופרט שבחיים. שכפי הגברת שליטת כח המשפט האלהי כן יקטן כח הרשע, האון והתרמית. וכפי מיעוט כחו בפועל כן הוא מתמעט מן הלב מעט מעט, ותחתיו נכנסים רגשי המוסר הצדק והיושר. והם אינם נבדלים רק ברצון ונטית רגש לבד, כ"א ע"י כח המשפט הם בפועל עומדים בחיים, מנהיגים אותו ושולטים עליו, ע"כ הם פועלים הישועות הרבות הנובעות ממעיני הישועה. ובאשר כל אלה הם יסוד תורת נזיקין לכל פרטיהם, ע"כ ישועות, זה סדר נזיקין.
