Description

This shiur discusses the mitzvah of Talmud Torah. Specifically, the shiur focuses on the fact that there is a balance between simply "learning Torah" and trying to not forget the Torah that one has already learned. In other words, there is a balance between "ameilus" and "yedi'os" haTorah.
