Description

a memorial service for Rabbi Daniel Rosenthal on Thursday, February 22nd at 9am at Seattle Hebrew Academy. We will have special guests sharing their impressions and memories of Rabbi Rosenthal. Rabbi Rosenthal was Dean of SHA from 1972-78. In 1974, Rabbi Rosenthal established Yeshivat Or Hazafon which was later renamed Northwest Yeshiva High School. Many hundreds of our community's children received their high school Torah education because of his commitment to Torah and his personal sacrifice to make this dream a reality.
