Explanation of the eleventh ברכה in שמונה עשרה, דין, where we ask Hashem for the returning of the judges who not only adjudicate cases but educate the community in how to serve Hashem, ultimately enabling a greater perception of מלכות ה׳ in the world and perfecting the nation to be meritorious even when strictly judged before Hashem.
