This shiur, given at Young Israel of Hollywood, analyzes both of these popular chapters, delving into the nature of Biblical poetry and the special status of Tehillim to propose an approach to each of these chapters which will, hopefully, deepen our appreciation of these - and all 150 - Pirkei Tehillim.
