Description

Gemara Shabbat 89b that Yitzchak, and not Avraham or Yaakov, prays for Bnei Yisrael after they sinned. Yitzchak never gave up on Esav, but Yitzchak always never gave up on Yishmael and Hagar. Ramban - Be'er Lachai Ro'i is Yitzchak's regular place of prayer. It is the place where Hagar reframed her perspective and it is place where Yitzchak reframed his sorrow into an act of kindness by trying to bring back Hagar and Yishmael.
