Description

Saying ברכו after davening is a very nice and humane gesture for those that come late. However, it should be within reason. Thus, 3-4 stipulations: 1) Not on שבת ויום טוב 2) Not on days that you lain 3) Perhaps not if there is no קדיש prior 4) Bigger perhaps- not if it's the LAST THING with no עלינו after
