Description

This is a shiur related to Parshas Mikeitz and Chanukah. The shiur discusses the bracha of "She'asa Nissim," known as a "Birchas Ha'Ro'eh." In addition to the Halachik analysis of the bracha, the shiur also quotes Sefarim that describe the significance of taking the time to stare at the Chanukah candles.
