The Mishna in Negaim teaches that a non-Jew who receives Tzara'at is not metamei (does not render others impure). We are also taught that Tzara'at is a special gift from Hashem to Jews to teach them to repent. So then why would a non-Jew get tzara'at? The Ta'ama Dikra (Rav Chaim Kanievsky) explains.
