In this shiur, the Rav continues the theme of the sharp contrast between the Man of Halacha and the universal Man of religion. The latter craves for the transcendental world, for life beyond life. Death is viewed as the gateway to the perfect world. The banner of Halachik man reads, "One hour of Torah & mitzvot in this world is greater than the whole life of the world to come."
