This shiur will analyze the controversy between the Rambam & the Rosh over a doubt in Hilchot Harchakat Nezikin. We will present three approaches to explain the machloket, and focus on the question of whether the issue is a local one, revolving around the definition of HarChaka, or a universal one, revolving around the nature on issurei mamon.
