Dividing the Mishna into three parts, one - "karov" combined with a "shiur" of 50 amot; two - "karov" on its own, independent of "shiur", this is defined as "kirva delo muchach" and can only be considered in the absence of "rov"; three - the law of "mamon haMutal bi'Safek", when there are equal claims to the ownership of an object there are four posibile ways of deciding the law.
