Description

In this shiur we will present three Chiddushim of the Ramban into the mitzva of Srifat HaOmer. One - the Ramban compares & contrasts the Mitzva of Sfriat HaOmer with the Mitzva of Sfirat Shnot HaSmitta VeHaYovel, setting up two fundamentally different categories of Sfira each with its own goal. Second - the Ramban has a new insight into the requirement of Tmimot. Third - the Ramban classifies Sfirat HaOmer as a Mitzvat Aseh She'ein Hazman Grama. We will try to understand these three insights of the Ramban.
