Description

The city that brings the Egla Arufa must be a City with a Beit Din, even though the latter is not the closest city to the corpse. The same applies to the larger city, where Rov establishes a new Din. In this shiur we will study Rav Moshe Soloveichik's insights into the Rambam's view on a Larger City which is a Distant one. We will analyze the opinion of the Tos' Rid regarding the Larger but distant city, and the way Rov works in Egla Arufa.
