Description
We will study the Mishna which addresses not Harchakat Nezikin from one's neighbor but from a nearby city, specifically in the case of damage due to a foul odor. We will divide the Mishna into two parts & raise the question as to what the minimum distance one is required to be Marchik in the second half of the Mishna. We will begin the study of the controversy between Chachamim & Rebby Akiva regarding which side of the city requires Harchaka, i.e. from which direction is the wind blowing. In the second part of this shiur we will study the question: where is the Shechina located? This will determine the Halachik requirement of Tfilla, to pray in the direction of the Shechina.
