Description

Our mishna implies that if we saw the weasel carrying the chametz into the house, we are required to do a bedikat chametz. Why is that different than the case of tumah in maduros shel akum where we assume that the weasel definitely consumed the body of the stillborn and removed the tumah? We will study Tos' question regarding the in-applicability of sfek sfeka in the case of a private domain vis-a-vis tumah, and the two answers Tos' offer.
