When the chulda hides chometz in the house, does the owner violate Bal Yaraeh? Tos' seems to contradict himself on this very issue. When the behaima leaves the chometz exposed, is bittul effective? Both Rashi & Tos' assume that bittul would protect him from Bal Yaraeh. Rabbenu Dovid maintains that bittul will not be effective in this case.
