Description

The White Shul - There are three different applications of Brov Am in different contexts in the Gemarah. Is a shul allowed to break away and make a smaller shul? May a bris be postponed in order to have more people attend? Standing for Megillah and Kriyas Hatorah. Reading part of the Megillah by heart. May we give an aliyah to a person in a wheelchair? May we choose a chazzan who uses a wheelchair? My father, Rav Schachter surprisingly attended the shiur, and he is the one answering some of the questions in the middle of the shiur.
