Description

We will continue the sugya of Shvach Eitzim BePas, the controversy between Rebby and the Chachamim. Rebby prohibits the bread that was baked by the fire of the wood of Orlah. Eating the bread would be considered benefiting from Orlah. The chachamim see the fire as coming from the wood that was already burned and there is no longer a substance of Isuei Hana'ah. In what case would Rebby agree that the flame is no longer a Be'en (substance) of Isurei Hana'ah? What if the wood has already been converted into coals? Is the original object gone?
