We will attempt to understand the words of the Magen Avraham: we cannot compare one Shvus to another. We will speak about the fundamental distinction between Maaseh & Grama; the latter is accomplished thru an indirect act, one which triggers of a chain reaction that brings about the final result. We will proceed to analyze the status of Muktza in the case of Tevel, food which requires Hafrasha Maaser. Does the fact that the owner has the ability to remove the Issur Tevel establish the Tevel as Muchan rather than Muktza? What does the Gemara mean "Im Avar VeTikno"? A deliberate violation of the Issur Derabanon of Hafrasha?
