Methodology of Psak Halacha (Yeshivat Har Etzion): This shiur deals with how psak deals with economic loss. It focuses on mitzvot and takanot that were shaped by the notion of HaTorah Chasah al Mamonam shel Yisrael as well as when a posek can be leninent to prevent monetary loss.
