Midrash to Bereishit 6:17, commenting on the words המבול מים and יגוע. The "mabul" and the water as separate facets of their punishment, and the added element of "yigva". Start of Bereishit Rabbah 31:16, which comments on the invocation of a covenant with Noach in Bereishit 6:18.
