If the land being sold to the merchant is stolen, then would the hadassim growing on this land be disqualified under the psul Gazul? Does it matter if the seller of the land cuts down the hadassim or if the merchant does the cutting? Is their yeish on karka? Does the gazlan acquire ownership when yeush is effective? What about shinui resush, or shinui ma'aseh?
