In this Phat shiur on the Aggadeta in the 8th Perek of Yoma regarding the Manna, we will learn about the many miraculous wonders of the manna. In the second part of the shiur we will learn about the irreverent demand for meat on the part of Bnei Yisrael in the Midbar, and the slav which was given to the people. much of this aggadeta teaches Derech Eretz, i.e. advice for a healthy life of shmiras hanefesh. We will learn about the relative accessibility of the manna, for the tzadikim, benonim & reshaim. We will learn about the power of the manna to reveal secrets & decide which claimant is telling the truth. Could anyone taste any taste when he or she ate the manna? Did the slav require ritual slaughter?
