We will make an effort at comparing the Issur Achilah & SheSiya of Y"K with the remaining 4 categories of Inui. Why don't the latter engender a Chiyuv Cares? And are these 4 categories of Inui prohibited MeDeOraisa as a Torah prohibition? Even if we grant a Torah prohibition are we dealing with a violation of a Lav, or merely a Bitul Mitvas Aseh derived from the verse "Shabbason"? Is there a possibility of maintaining that women are exempt from the Mitzvat Aseh of Shabboson under the rule of Zman Gerama? There may be a difference in the case of safek.
