The Baal Shem Tov, Rabbi Yisroel ben Eliezer, is the root and light of all chassidus. His neshama (soul) did not participate in soul of Adam HaRishon. The Jewish people witnessed great miracles during his time. He was able to see great distances physically and had infinite spiritual vision. His lofty levels were attained through simple faith. He enabled the average individual to learn the teachings of the Holy Ari. The sparks of his fire travel throughout the world, reigniting the flame within each and everyone of us.
