Description

A person has access to seven middos (characteristics) which can be expressed in both a positive or negative way. Using a middah in a negative way is degrading something holy. We need to strip away the externalities of every middah in order to tap into it's essence. We learn specifically about the middos of chesed (love/kindness), gevurah (strength/fear), and tiferes (compassion).
