Rebbi Nosson advises us how we can remain inwardly silent in the face of insult. In order to judge a person favorably we have to focus on any positive quality we can find in that individual. The relationship between Rebbi Nachman and Reb Nosson is compared to the relationship between Moshe Rabeinu (Moses) and Yehoshua (Joshua). We begin reading a tefillah (prayer), which Reb Nosson wrote asking that we merit to fulfill all teachings in Rebbe Nachman’s sixth Torah. We ask G-d that we merit to perform complete teshuva (repentance), and that we should find the strength to be silent in the face of insult
