Description

Generally we take thoughts of our aveiros (transgressions) more seriously than our thoughts of teshuvah (repentance). With teshuvah me'ahavah (repentance out of love) we have the ability to defy the constrictions of time. A thought of teshuvah binds together the past, present, and the future. What's the real way that we should learn Chumash (bible)? With teshuvah me'ahavah one can stop running from his past. Teshuvah can refine even one's physical body. Through teshuvah we can hear Hashem talking to us from our emotions.
