Description

To the outside world one who is quiet and mediates is antisocial. The person who meditates and is quiet helps our friends and family. There is Hisbodadus on a national level where the Jewish Nation retreats to recharge and we seem to be unproductive to the outside world. Hisbodadus can be attained only if you constantly work on it since it doesn't come on its own. In order to change the world we must change ourself.
