The source of our ratzon (will) comes from Hashem. Everything in this world carries out the will of Hashem unknowingly. There are two ratzonos that exists in the world: Hashem's infinite will and man's finite will. Our purpose is to align our personal ratzon with Hashem's. Hashem gave us Torah and mitzvos (commandments) to facilitate His will.
