Impossible to enter into the spiritual hidden world and to gaze at the supernal light unless a person wants to do complete teshuvah. Inner quality of a Jewish soul is a simple pure spirit. Davening (praying) helps integrate what we really want with what we do. To the extent that we really want to go in the right way, then we will be lifted up by the illumination of Torah.
