What is the attitude of one who has kedusha (holiness)? Some of us realize that there is kedusha within everything. Kedusha is when a person has the thought to look back and analyze. How sadness comes from mundane worldly pleasures. We have to limit the disconnection between the nefesh and the guf (body).
