Description

Eating causes a war between the neshama and the guf. There’s a big connection between food and teshuvah. Ma’aseh Achila (action of eating) and its connection with Birkas haMazon (blessing after eating). A person who eats while walking around is compared to a dog in the Gemara. The way we eat and conduct ourselves with food nowadays is not the right way.
