Description

Eating food is a holy action and must be performed in the proper way: not in the car and not in the street. Men and women congregating after davening (praying) in shul is not OK . When we eat in the right way, the heart is strengthened through the hidden soul within the food. Things become stale when they’re not with Hashem. The Lechem haPanim (showbread in the Holy Temple) was always fresh.
