Rav Kook saw the beginnings of a national Jewish teshuvah dressed in the garments of the secular Jewish world. The return to health and exercise is the first stage of teshuvah. We should be inspired to do teshuvah at whatever place we are at in life. Through the teshuvah of Knesses Yisrael (the Jewish people) there will be a global teshuvah. Dishonesty in business causes great suffering in the world. When we desire to do teshuvah, but do not have the koach (energy), we should grab onto the desire itself. Both the individual and community should not let go of any higher desire that arises. The desire to return to Eretz Yisrael is a light of teshuvah.
