Reading about terrible and negative things on a daily basis. Infected by the bacteria of disgusting thoughts even though we don't identify with them. Where is there a mitzvah (Torah command) "to know what's happening in the world"? A goal: Just the thought of the aveira (sin) makes me so sick that it can never happen. A project: one week of nekius (mental cleanliness). The horrible realization after the thought and the action of the aveira have become one.
