Page 171. If we focus on something negative in another person it means that we have the same defect. We have become addicted to blogs that emphasize "Vos iz Neias" (what is new)? When we have internalized the view that we are a neshama (soul) clothed in a body, then we see only good in others. They are a good person with soiled garments that should be removed. The Baal Shem Tov cured Jews by showing them how good they were. Neshama of a Jew is what is laying underneath the layers of rubble. Love and respect another Jew with all their shmutz (filth).
