Description
P. 210. We have to take baby steps to reach our neshama (soul), starting with thinking simple thoughts. We want things to be fixed inside of us without having to go inside of ourselves. Shlomo HaMelech (King Solomon) said that he returned and looked at things that he had passed by in his life. We build our lives on certain yesodos (foundational principles) which are taken for granted, yet priceless. Tefillah (prayer) can only happen when there is koved rosh (a full head). Kedusha (holiness) is a feeling of the significance of everything. When we want to discover ourselves as a neshama, there is great or (light) and simcha (joy). We really want to experience our existence from within ourselves.
