Page 123. Though a person may act silly by himself, it is natural that he will act in a more dignified manner when he's in the presence of a great person, in a great place (e.g., the kosel) or during a special time (e.g., kol nidrei). We speak differently with our friends than with an adam gadol (a great person) - if that is true, why don't we act like that with Hashem? We all know that Hashem is with us every second of the day - so why don't we sense this and implant this in our hearts? Deeply sustaining and holding on to a thought. Knowing something vs. consciously thinking about it. Investing myself into something and deeply digging into it with my brain (as opposed to instant response, instant message, instantly...gone...). An example from the business world of choshen mishpat. Da'as (knowledge) doesn't mean information stored in the brain, but what I'm actively thinking about.
