Page 220 We face challenges on all fronts to help us reach sleimus (perfection). Our biggest challenges are where we feel weakest. If we join the milchama (the war) then Hashem will help us. We most learn to fight under any circumstances. Without a raging war there is no success. Modern life is based on everything being "easy" - not having a milchama. We must choose our battles to be successful. We need to develop our menuchas hanefesh (inner tranquility). If we live always in the "battle" we will fail- if we do not try to fight we also will fail. Shabbos is our time of menuchas hanefesh every week.
