Description

Pesach Seder night is the beginning of the redemption of speech. During Sefiras HaOmer, we should work on kedushas ha dibur (holiness of speech) so that we can reach Shavuot with a mouth fitting to receive the Torah. Dibur (speech) is only called dibur when it is heard and received, dependent on the goodness that are in the words. Life and death is in the tongue. Daas (knowledge) is bringing processed thoughts and feelings into action. Simply saying holy words connect us to kedusha (holiness). We have to be careful to only speak good words to children. Rebbe Shimon Bar Yochai make the tikkun (rectification) on the speech of Rebbe Akiva's students through his shining words.
