Description
Based on a Torah from the Sefer Hazmanim from the Beis Yaakov m'Izhbitz. What is the difference between "Ani" and "Anochi" (both mean "me," "I"). What does the letter "chof" mean? Why did Hashem reveal Himself to us with the "chof" of dimyon (resemblance), a taste of Himself, but not the ultimate source? Hashem sends everyone of us the same message, in which He reveals something of Himself; our understanding depends on our closeness and desire to be close to Him, on our desire to understand: What is it that our King is telling us? Everything we learn and understand is a stepping stone to see the next level of Torah. A person must seek out that which is blocking him from getting closer to Hashem. An example: the deeper meaning of why the malachim (angels) were upset that the Torah was given to mortal beings. The distinction between malachim and human beings in their respective abilities to achieve.
