The confusion of "two" opposes "Oneness." What does the 3rd candle teach us? There is something deeper, combining and higher than the "two" we can observe on the surface. Opposing forces that can exist in this world are held together by the deeper "third." Often we don't understand the good that is hidden beneath a person's outer layers and covers.
