In this Pshat shiur for the Aggadeta on Masechet Berachot 6a: we will continue our study of the existence of Mazikim & their power. Why are ashes & chicken footprints related to the Mazikim? Is man a physical being selfishly pursuing the pleasures of life? We will see that Mayim Achronim is meant to sanctify man's material pleasures and refine man's soul. As a spiritually oriented being man becomes compassionate and removes his self-centered focus on his own pleasures. Why are the donkey and the dog chosen to mark the divisions of the night and the Sha'agat Ari of HaKaBaHu?
