Description

We define all of the various situations where halacha requires one to wash his or her hands, in which situations one is required to say a bracha, and how many times one has to wash in each of these situations. This includes getting up in the morning, exiting a cemetery, coming out of the bathroom, scratching one's body, cutting one's nails, getting a haircut, etc.
