In this shiur for Masechet Makot 19b-20a, we will study the sugya of Maaser Sheini, regarding both eating the Maaser in Yerushalayim and redeeming the Maaser out of Yerushalayim. Is there a possibility of redeeming Maaser in Yerushalayim? We will study the Issur of eating Maaser out of Yerushalayim when the Maaser was brought into and then taken out of Yerushalayim. What is considered "inside" Yerushalayim? Finally we will study the issue of Maaser Sheini that was brought into Yerushalayim before the Hafrasha i.e. in the state of Tevel?
