Description

The Aggadeta for Masechet Berachot 10a: records the arguments of the Tzeduki as well as the response of Beruria, as well as R' Avahu's to the objections raised by the Tzeduki. Why does Yeshayahu foretell that Knesset Yisrael will achieve a state of joy over the fact that she is a barren woman without children? And why does Dovid organize Tehillim such that his praise for Divine salvation from Avshalom appears earlier than the praise for salvation from Shaul? It would seem that Tehillim does not reflect the chronological order of events in the life of Dovid. The response to these arguments touch on the difference between the tradition of Torah SheBa'al peh & the philosophy of the Tzedukim.
