We are discussing from Rav Itchimeir Morgenstern that at the giving of the Torah, everything was revealed to us. All parts of Torah were given to us but because we couldn't maintain such a high level of holiness, the depth of Torah was hidden from the majority of the Jewish people. When Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai entered the world, he was an integral part to revealing the hidden Torah. After that, the Rambam was spreading the inner torah until the revelation of The Ari HaKadosh.
